"In Germany they came first for the Communists, and I didn't speak up because I wasn't a Communist. Then they came for the Jews, and I didn't speak up because I wasn't a Jew. Then they came for the trade unionists, and I didn't speak up because I wasn't a trade unionist. Then they came for the Catholics and I didn't speak up because I was a Protestant. Then they came for me, and by that time no one was left to speak up."

The OWNERS of the KDRO Reference Library have established this KDRO.ORG as an OFFICIAL Electronic Publishing ORGAN for a 501(c)3 Tax Exempt (F.I.E.N:68-0016619) California Incorporated 27601d (#1124545) Non-Profit Religious Order: The WAY of ONE - Kho-N'gha Dhao, Inc.; and USERS of this Elecrtonic KDRO WebSite, whether Ordained or Laity members of This Religious Order, are exercising their United States Constitutional First Amendment Rights to establishment of religion, and the free exercise thereof.

Now Some of the material on this KDRO WebSite is in preparation for public dissemination, and is the "work product material" protected under The First Amendment Privacy Protection Act of 1980 (USC 42, Section 2000aa). NOTE THAT THIS IS a Federal Civil Statute. A Violation of THIS Statute by any legal agency or law enforcement agent(s) IS MOST LIKELY to result in a Civil Suit as provided under Section 2000aa-6. Thus Each, Every, Any and ALL Ordained, Laity, or Associate USERS of this KDRO Reference Library KDRO WebSite whom has any such "work product material" stored on this KDRO WebSite IS ENTITLED TO RECOVER at the least a minimum damages of $10,000 (plus all their legal expenses)! Agents in some States MAY NOT BE PROTECTED from `personal' Civil Liability if they violate this Statute. In addition there is e-mail, i.e, "stored electronic communications" as defined by the Electronic Communication Privacy Act (ECPA) which has been in storage less than 180 days on this KDRO System. All such stored electronic communications are protected by the ECPA from seizure or, further "preventing authorized access" without warrants specific to each person's email. And BECAUSE the KDRO Reference Library is a bonifide OFFICIAL KDRO WebSite Publishing ORGAN of a Tax Exempt California Incorporated Non-Profit Religious Order, then both a Federal, as well as a State warrant IS REQUIRED. Seizing the assets where this KDRO WebSite physically resides would certainly prevent such authorized access by its users.

There are ALSO Civil Actions which may be taken against any law enforcement agent(s) under provisions of USC 18, Section 2707. And on this KDRO WebSite that may yield over 1300 users who may have stored email here. Each of these would thus legally be entitled to collect a minimum of $10,000 (plus ALL their legal expenses), for violations of Section 2700 and 2703. While the Agencies such agents may represent or work for MIGHT have insurance coverage for such legal fees and judgements found against you....SO Why Take Chances? If you REALLY feel the need to go after e-mail, or take any other actions which would deny e-mail access to the KDRO Reference Library users (such as seizing hardware!), get ALL the Appropriate Federal and State Warrants FIRST!

But it is the Standard Operating Policy of the KDRO Reference Library SysOps to cooperate with ANY Duely Federal or State Law Enforcement Agent(s) to head off any unnecessary ceasation of the KDRO Reference Library's operation. But WE WILL NOT BE involved in ANY form of entrapments. An old fashion dose of "Please" and "Thank You" could bestill much unjustified disharmony if there was as much consideration in the beginning as should be met in the end.

Please bring to the SysOps attention any activities on this KDRO WebSite that you feel uncomfortable with, don't understand, or find you just don't like! We are sure not going to please everyone...but we are going to do our honest best to do the most we can towards that lofty goal.

And If YOU Can Not Find What You Seek To Locate: ASK!
If WE Cannot Locate `it'
Then `it' Proablably Cannot Get Got!
