Article IV, Section 9(3) of the Articles
of Organization of Our Religious
Order, The WAY of ONE - Khó-N'gha
Dhaó: that an Ordained member
of This Religious Order
shall not engage in any of the following areas of personal,
individual conduct, which are considered "Forbidden
Stricture's" for any Ordained
member of This Religious Order
pursuant to Article II, Section 1of the Articles
of Organization of the Religious
Order, The WAY of ONE - Khó-N'gha
Dhaó, that:
(A) Each,
every, any and all Ordained voting members
of This Religious Order
are forbidden to purchase, possess, or use any specifically
designed instrument of offensive or defensive means of contending
against another individual, by means of which such use would
cause physical danger, harm, mutilation, or death to the other
individual without Their knowledge, understanding, or consent.
Violence should be considered the refuge of the incompetent.
(B) Each,
every, any and all Ordained voting members
of This Religious Order
are forbidden to participate in, or intervene with, any
political campaign or issue (including the publishing or distribution
of statements) in behalf of any candidate for public office,
or carrying on propaganda for, or against such, or otherwise
attempting to influence legislation on behalf of This
Religious Order. This is not
to be construed as such to limit or deny any Ordained Voting
Member of This Religious
Order Their Constitutional
Right to Vote, nor to peaceably
redress for grievances as a citizen.
(C) Each,
every, any and all Ordained Voting
Members of This Religious
Order are forbidden to publicly seek
out and intrude upon, through any form of preaching of a proselytizing
nature, any individual whom has not so requested and sought
such communication, information, or action from that Ordained
Voting Member, or of This
Religious Order. |
