The KDRO Reference Library IS the OFFICIAL Publishing ORGAN of
the Tax Exempt California Incorporated NonProfit Religious Order: The WAY
of ONE - Kho-N'gha Dhao, Incorporated. ANY and ALL Monies given to or donated to the
KDRO Reference Library accrue to the exclusive benifit of the Religious
Order ONLY. ANY Personal Use by ANY Laity or Ordained member of the
Religious Order, or to ANY Non-member, is a violation of Article XVIII
of the Articles of Organization governing this Religious Order, AND MAY BE
a violation of California State Law and/or Federal Statute.

ANY and ALL Donations to this Religious Order, The WAY of ONE - Kho-N'gha
Dhao, Incorporated, MAY BE applicable for a Donation Receipt.
This Religious Order has been notified by the Internal Revenue Service that:
"Donors may deduct
contributions to you as provided in Section 170 of the Code. Bequests,
legacies, devices, transfers or gifts to you or for your use are deductible
for Federal Estate, and gift tax purposes if they meet the applicable
provisions of Sections 2055, 2106 and 2522 of the Code."
IRS Letter 947(DO)(5-77) to this Religious Order dated 30 April 1984.

The KDRO Reference Library has established the following Permanent Committee Trusts, for the
establishment and contineuance of the Religious Order, The WAY of ONE -
Kho-N'gha Dhao [which contributions to such MAY BE Tax Deductable, PLEASE
Enquire of The Recorder as Secretary for this Religious Order]:

1. KDRO PROPERTY ADVISORY COMMITTEE TRUST(concerning purchasing property for Sancturaries; which see PROPERTY.DOC),

2. KDRO BUILDING ADVISORY COMMITTEE TRUST (concerning which see BUILDING.DOC),

4. KDRO FOREIGN ADVISORY COMMITTEE TRUST (concerning which see FOREIGN.DOC).
